★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to barber's lounge for more like 2 or 3 times and they are really good at their services, i had been there for hair cut and trimming and let me tell you they are really good at it. The prices are affordable especially when you get the desired haircut and that to without any mistakes, surely gonna visit them again ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the one of the regular customer. Initially the service was really great, but last couple of time i can see the dig difference in service.
Recently i have waited for 1hr 30min for my hair cut i can understand few customers walk in and get the immediate service as they already have the reservation.
But my problem is as i walk in and start waiting not any one notify me regarding the reservation and after waited so long they only able to cut my hair and said no to my beard trim as they already have the customers in queue.
Thanks to ‘Mohsin’ who try to find time between there busy schedule and give me a quick hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a plain hair cut. I was serviced not by the main guy, but my his assistant. This was my first experience after relocating to Mumbai, so hard to draw comparison. They were taking reasonable precautions in view of covid. But there did not seem to be any system for crowd management/appointments. Nevertheless, there were no other customers at the time of my visit. The good thing I felt was how they took efforts to understand and cater to your directions. On the downside the uniformity and finish of the cut were things I felt could be improved; I have seen better. They were polite and cleanliness was a 6.5-7/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had excellent haircut which made me feel too happy after long wait to have such one.Neel the hairstylist took immense care as he understood what suits me and with lots of patience he gave a new look..Although I had no hair wash he didn't force me for that to make money.you will love the look he gives you with haircut.

Expert professional barbers who know and do their job well,they do have commitment to their job
Awesome ambience and cleanliness,Nice music etc,spacious and interior beats any branded saloons.
Cons : THEY SEEMS TO BE RE USING BLADE ,
To my surprise even though they are using disposable saloon covers for customers they were using Shaving blade as it is ,(Which may cause transmission of lethal viruses n microbes)When i noticed i had to insist the hairstylist to change the blade in front of me...(n he was claiming he changed it before)
Sadly dis happens with lack of training where as in any professional hair stylists are trained about sterilisation first in training course,here unfortunately they are concentrating on music n interiors,and not bothered about important things.
I hope management does follow up this and insist hairstylists to change the razor blades in front of customers as a good practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cutting and styling a kid’s hair is always a difficult task but The Barber’s Lounge has truly got the expertise and unmatched skills to do so. Love the new look of my Kid, it’s great when the stylist (Afzal) understands your needs and gives the same look which you have portrait.
