★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always overcharges if appointments not booked online (they don't mention they overcharge, just say "This is the normal rate" despite website showing 50% less. For walk-ins, always confirm price beforehand, otherwise they will use the most expensive wax / treatment without confirming with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Salon, not worth the price. The employees are unprofessional, not at all cooperative. The hair dresser denied me duty just because I asked for alternative style. I would recommend avoid this place and go for better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front desk straight away told me on my face that they are not free when I ask for doing my brows. They don't even have the courtesy to say it politely that, sorry for the inconvenience, if it is ok to wait for sometime that all their artists are attending other customers. What happened was, I went to the salon and ask to do my brows the next sentence I heard was we are not free....!!! I mean, I would not even give one star but 1 is the bare minimum...! Would anyone say to their 2-3 years old cst straight away on face that we are not free - the moment when cst enter ???!!! I won't use enrich anymore neither I will take my NRI friends to this salon. There is a way, courtesy and politeness when you lack in your services sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially enrich sindhubhavan was best salon for me but now I can say worst … Front desk staff is totally un attentive all the time… Even I am not satisfied with the services so many times … Here I am sharing image from my waxing… And this happened to me from my last 3 waxing…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ask them for hair straightening ..my hair is freezy but strong and base seems good ..when I asked them for hair straightening they said yes and they told me to use their products..when I denie to buy their products with sttaightning they gave me silly excuse that ur hair can not be straighten and it won't last long
Very disappointed
They just wanted to sale their product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! The technician made a fool of me by saying that he is doing the balayage whereas he just did the highlights and charged me high as per balayage these guys are just making a fool of customers.
They did not know the technique at all and spoiled my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good work... I had my haircut and my kid's haircut ... It was good experience. Irfan is a good hair-stylist.
Only minus point is, they charge extra if you want hair wash before haircut. I mean, who does that anymore? No big salon charges for hair wash before haircut. Not in this century..
Otherwise, it was good experience..
