★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously ! You guys rate yourself as a good salon ?? Don’t spoil the brand name please. Appointment fixed at 6.45 pm. Reached there at sharp 6.45 pm. No one to attend. Not that your executives were busy. Just that fingertips and nails was to small a job for your exec. No problem... ! Will keep that in mind for future. Waited for 45 mins to let you know. You need to know I am so called a ‘member’ with you and use your salon atleast twice a month.. Will shift to another branch of yours.. Why should the Brand suffer !!!

The staff at the reception are very soft spoken and are always ready to help you.
The therapist, the manicure and the pedicurist, the hair stylist are all very good with their work.
Amit and Kailash are really good with manicure n pedicure.
Crystal has a very good knowledge about hair and hair colour. She is very good with hair cut too.
I have been doing my facial regularly with Seema and she really awesome with her work.
