★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service center of Logitech. Bit on the inside but service provided is very nice. I had to go there twice and both times got resolution within an hour. Best thing is it is never crowded that tells about Logitech products.

Submitted my logitech g402 for replacement on 19th of December.
I was asked to collect my replacement unit after a week.
It's been more than 40 days since then and they're still coming up with new excuses and delaying. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super professional and polite workplace with amazing and swift service. They have a proper system in place and are among the best service centers I have ever visited in India; they even notify you via SMS. They even accept Amazon warranties! Awesome XP, mad respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2.5 years old Logitech mouse (3 year warranty) had left click button problems and was not dragging smoothly. Got it replaced with a new one instantly. It was a quick and smooth process, maybe because I was the only customer at that time and the product was in stock.
