★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. My internet connectivity is lost everyday between 10 am to 6 pm. Their engineers tell nothing can be done till lockdown is over. I've seen other operators like hathway, Jio carrying out maintenance and repairs even during lockdown as it falls under essential services. Having no internet during lockdown is nothing less than a torture. It seems microscan doesn't bother to obtain any permissions for carrying out any maintenance or repairs and keep on giving reason of lockdown even though internet providers are allowed to work. Microscan is one lazy company that doesn't care about its customers. And they don't even want to give refund. So you have wasted the money as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 4 days I got the connection. Was promised 100 mbps since I paid for it! Never got above 40mbps. Yesterday, I complained about it and voila! Today I have 500kbps. A classic case of bullying to show "If you complain, we'll screw you over!" Funniest way I've ever been conned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. We need to call thousand of times to get any of our issue solved. Customer Care Executives are of no use, Even the engineers assign does not complete their work at once. They keep on giving us excuses on their personal issue. Company has no concern if the raised issue has been closed or not.... Money Minded Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service in Mumbai Powai Area. Speed is Ok but I've have faced downtime a lots of times and everytime it takes days to resolve the issue. Avoid taking internet connection from them. Go for someone who has less downtime and good customer service like Airtel or Tata etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care i have ever seen for any internet provider. I have called their customer care asking for a new connection and they told me that i ll recieve a call back from the agent within few hours. I waited for a whole week, called them thrice and still they never called me back and tried to connect me to the concerned person. When i tried calling them again they hung up in between. Worst behaviour i have ever witnessed in any customer support team. If this ia how they behave with a new connection request, then God knows how terrible their complaint resolution team would behave.

Not at all customer friendly.... Unplanned downtimes ...frequent disconnection and fiber cut issues.
