★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever salon especially the chembur branch...my wife had really bad experience twice.
Once she had taken a head massage appointment and after reaching there they mentioned that the oil ( coconut and mythic)was out of stock...also insisted her to take the head massage with kerastase oil which is exhorbitantly charged.
Next time she was denied a waxing appointment cause a client was lined up and they made her wait for a nail appointment that she had booked a day before ..beaches there Was spot client!!
They r just interested in providing expensive services ...not in humanity or client retention!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Envi In Worli for so long. I have never come across such an experience.
The hair styler Ali was arrogant and was hell bent on pushing me for anti dandruff service.
When I denied to take the service, he rudely tore open the appron.
When I asked him to help me with my hair cut , he denied and said that it was my call.
I will never visit Envi Chembur again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent talent is very well shown in all the procedures. Had a really great time here. Will definitely return back. Ganesh, Yasmin, Swara, and Gulam thanks for giving us a wonderful experience. You guys really know what you do and your skill shows it all. Loved all of the procedures and all of them were above standards. The face and leg massages were just perfect and very relaxing & soothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 10/10 from me for today's experience.It was my first ever visit to this parlour and I loved the experience.
I went with my concern of very frizzy hair and heavy hair fall and thinning. Sonu was hair expert or rather I chose him with my friends recommendation and I have no regrets.
He explained me every product that was being used and why it's being used, with lots of hair care tips which was very much required by me.
Definitely will want to visit again.again special thanks to Sonu.

Before, after hair colour they told me to not wash hair for at least 1week for better results, when I washed my hair after 7days I saw my hair roots properly white no any colour, and when I asked them about that they said this is your new hair growth.
But I realized that my hair roots are more gray now than before.
I really don't like the attitude of the staff and the answer they gave me was totally arrogant.
This is not the way to handle your customers.
Not recommended at all.

And talking about the ambience of the place I must say it is 10/10 Clean, sanitised, everything was on the point. This is a must try salon in chembur.

Do visit it once. You'll surely love it...!!

Have been coming to the salon since 2021. And really like the services. However I think the more you come to the salon and everytime the service quality get down. As well as found unprofessionalism from staff side. Where i would like to highlight the issue which is that I have been to the salon for an service and I was on a official call and later on observe the staff who was doing nail art work was making fun. As well as being regular to the salon I booked hair massage and requested if I can do the extended services like eyebrows and did not ask for any particular person however same was refused with the excuse stating that the salon is busy. Where on my other hand I saw the lady randomly came without an appointment and attended by a lady as well as got the services done.
