★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after booking appointment, technician was not available.Had to leave the salon inspite of waiting for half an hour without getting the service.The reason given was that the call center doesn't check with salon before booking appointment. What a flawed system for which customer needs to pay. Had left my 4 month old baby at home to get a hair spa and I had clearly informed the same while booking appointment that I do not want any waiting. Very poor management inspite of charging such a premium price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got gel nail extensions done at this location and trust me it is the worst value you can get for you money. They charged 1200+tax for nail extensions and 1500+tax for gel nail pain application,and if the service was good it would have been fine but yhe nails weren't shaped well. The nail paint isn't evenly applied ,doesn't cover the nails properly. The nail removal service was amazing as the technician was very patient with it and did a great job, but the new nails look something like I did at home ,even after paying so much for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for a hair spa and oh boy they spoke so sweetly on phone but unprofessionalism is at it’s peak!!! My hair stylist was pushing me to take an expensive treatment which I didn’t want to, that was such a buzzkill!! Why such pushy and manipulative staff and then after steaming my hair disappeared for a good 20 minutes!!!! He sent his friend to rinse my hair who then drenched my T-shirt with water , I was furious by this kind of treatment ,My stylist - Sandeep was so disinterested in work! Going to this place is equivalent to burning your hard earned cash. Don’t recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude of staff sucks . I got hair colour done . Abdullah Sufi was the guy who did the service which was pathetic. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the hair colour which came out too bold then he started throwing attitude and making faces . Also started boasting about his certificates in hair styling . This guy should be thrown out of the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST FIRST salon visit experience ever! On the phone booking, they spoke really well and systematic.
Let me list down what made me feel so:
1. For nails service: There's only ONE NAIL ARTIST in Chembur branch (Ambedkar Garden and Coral Classic) then the day of my appointment, it got CANCELLED. No texts, no calls, no emails, no information that nail artist is NOT AVAILABLE.
2. For men hair cut: they could've INFORMED on the phone or (at least) the reception table, which hair stylist do we want. Again, nothing! They just ASSUMED it and take decision based on their gut feelings not based on CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.
FYI never ever assumed and take decision (on your own) without knowing the customer's needs, Always ask! Always informed! We would very appreciate that. We also get busy with our work not only your salon and your stylists. You need to improve these small things to become a better salon. We are very dissapointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great colour and cut with Raj - went for subtle curtain bangs with global mocha colour with light brown balayage. Uploading photos after a few days since it takes that amount of time for colour to really set. I love it. After two failed attempts earlier in other places where the colour didn’t even show up this was a welcome and wow change for me. I’ve always wanted that mocha brown hair and I finally got it thanks to Raj and Enrich. Ofcourse it’s a premium service so it does come with a good sized price tag but for me it was worth it.
