Keeping a customer waiting during lockdown and pandemic times on fake assurances shows the worst professional behaviour! Please don't visit this store incase of emergency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't buy there oxymeter it's worst product , purchased once and and visited the shop 4-5 times now they change the defected product and keep them in the new box and give it to others again so no one gets a fresh piece it's all defected shame on such a big pharmacy ?

2 table where missing from a set of tablets when i opened and checked from home. The staff is more bothered about promoting their combo products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy takes orders over whatsapp and reduces the amount of time you may need to spend. When I went, I had a long list, almost all of which was ready in an envelope with a name on it.! It was a pleasant experience. The staff was humble and helping. Naseer helped us make our bills just enough to cover the expenses we intended to make while using the coupons we had. He patiently assisted in selection of items and manage our bills. There was a time when the pharmacy was crowded with several customers while we were still in it, the staff swiftly managed and the bottleneck disappeared within minutes. I was surprised by the behavior I got to see which is otherwise so rare in Mumbai pharmacies!

Other products are also available.
Staff are very polite with customers.
They have good offers and also provide discount on medicine.
Cons-
Only thing I dint like is that the staff shout at each other in front of customer which needs to be avoided.
Shop space is congested.
