Argued and Shouted at a Lady.
A Insulin dependent Lady who used to buy regular Insulin Vial from Balaji Medical since years worth thousands every month faced Worst Experience Yesterday. The Insulin Vial was tampered and this was noticed and hence went to Balaji Medical to tell them. The person from Balaji Stores Argued and Shouted at Her and refused it. The salesmen were looking and the person was shouting at the Lady for Rs. 500 worth of insulin.
They have no sense how to speak to a Lady and have no accountability if client questions about a tampered medicine from there shop

They also have delivery service.
But ill give only 4 Stars because i felt staff is quite rude and long waiting time.
Overall experience is just satisfactory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in an emergency and required medicines as my mother was vomitting continously since midnight .I tried requesting noble chemist branch both Sindhi society and daimond garden and they refused to deliver the medicines before 9 am usual. I then tried calling Balaji medical and requested them to help me deliver the medicines as I was not able to leave my mother alone , I was really feeling helpless.
Balaji medical incharge was extremely kind to help me and delivered the medicine asap!
Thank you so very much Balaji medical god bless your entire staff :)
