I visited branch more than 10 times every time thy say today they will do. But still I have the same issue.

Call that will be on appreciation of the day hard work of the employee no competition no spoon fiding to fave n old employee
Only training should be there on the zoom meeting and call
There should be a law to talk to discipline rather then yelling at ur own colleagues everybody is here to earn bread n butter for there family or parents so no more
Yelling only discipline chat or Zoom meeting no more big boss home
Any more in the office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give negative ratings to this branch services, if there is a option for that. Nobody bothers to receive calls. Nobody cares to respond to customers' queries. They take their own time to respond and work. Being one of the top Banks in India, providing services this way is not acceptable.
