★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish service by the bank.. we have a car loan account and recently misplaced the vehicle documents. Despite of multiple follow ups and visit still we have not received the NOC from bank. Also the bank manager Mr Murlidharan is very rude and behaves very abruptly with economically weak customers.the loan handling staff is very slow and will not bother. Overall pathetic service. I would suggest you learn some customer service etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible working pattern. Today when it opened after been closed yesterday.,heavy rush in the bank . Senior citizens are standing in the queue. Nobody to address them properly. The pattern is gone towards worse after the merger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank service i have ever come acrossed. Call centre says the bank closes at 4 pm, but once you go to bank they dont allow anyone to enter in the branch after 3pm. I want to know why??? Why is the branch not allowing its customers after 3pm when officially bank closes at 4pm.
Today after confirming from call centre that the bank closes at 4 pm went to bank 2nd time and I was not allowed inside bank at 3.20pm. I felt very agitated and the security guard misbehaved with me. I asked him to call the manager but no one came to my help and i was made to come back home without doing my bank work.
I request the higher authorities to look into this and take corrective action as bank is denying entry to the customers after 3 pm whereas everywhere in the Internet site, the bank’s closing time is showing 4pm.
