Always has to queue for cash deposit
There is only one cash counter
Mainly there server is always down
Staff don't listen to the complaints
Even the bank manager is not bothering and don't care for anything
Poor banking facility
Need to improve alot ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is very good but the staff is equally bad.. i found the staff and all employees in the bank to be worse than government office employees... Everyone looks at pushing the customers to solve other desk.. once i was redirected 15 times from one desk to another for a simple signature.. the branch manager is equally lazy and last bothered about her staff.. no wonder the bank is in bad shape

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not use any of the services of this bank. Services as well as staff of this bank is irresponsible including branch manager. Everyday , many of the customers fights with the staff and with the manager due to the worst service they provide.
