No curtains on window side....
No sheets/blanket provided....
Bus is not hygienic... Lots of mosquitos are there...
Very bad service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the worst of the lot was chouhan..but sai travels convincingly crosses them in being the WORST bus having travelled in..cant believe how much dirty..things can be..some people..bus operators..too much..PLEASE..dont travel if you are from a decent background..having cleanliness as the basic in life..for dirty stuff..u can be okay..these kind of buses should be banned for life..they are the carriers of various kinds of viral diseases..for sure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my ticket from make my trip app for nashik to mumbai (Sai travel chembur).the bus was supposed to be there by 10 pm but I was waiting till 11:30 pm and the bus was not there.i tried contacting the bus driver the phone was unreachable .This guy doesn't care about you .please never book ticket in Sai travels.i have to wait in nashik for another night because of such loser

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC belt is broken so ac is closed & ventilation is not there at all. People are feeling suffocating as no ventilation. I requested cleaner thrice to open the door so atleast some ventilation is possible but he refused as 5-6 people are sitting near driver & on the staircase too. Almost 4-6 months babies are there in the bus. Worst journey in our life that too after 2 years

1. There was no bed-sheet on mattress after asking to driver they gave us cleaner bed-sheet you can see on last pictures.
2. Not even one bed-sheet has been change after asking to bus guy he told we don’t change the bed-sheet because we don’t have new one that's so shocking sentences been heard during the time of covid.
3. No cleaning in the bus all the trash bottles lying on the floor. Tabacco spit were around inside the bus.
very pathetic service. The bus guy who was taking care inside told they don’t have time to clean the bus. Very Bad Experience , Please I request everyone not to travel by this bus it's Pathetic, Unhygienic. So we thought calling the head office which was in chembur, there was a guy name with mishra who told us they will figure it out but no response from there side. There’s a few pictures attached just to justify by review’s.
