Before few years experience was best but this time thay cut off many spot and very short time to enjoy spot and they free aprox 4:30 to visit all places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently good effort but lacks coordination to fulfill the need of the tourists. Half the money is generally wasted, since I didn't know from where in the middle of the route the bus will stop and the exact timing. Despite paying 750 Rs for 3 as full days ticket, I had to spend additional 430 Rs for cabs since the bus wasn't available for long at the places it was supposed to. While I called from Siddhivinayak temple to the help line, they also were helpless asking me to wait for 45 mins for rhe next bus or travel by the public buses. Not a desired experience indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STAR, Complete waste of money. All these guys are agents whose commission is set already. Trust me they will waste your whole day. We payed 650 per person (400 + 250) and only seen 3 places in too much hurry which were Mahalakshmi temple, Science Center and Juhu beach. There was no dropping back and guide simple told me to take taxi or local. They will always take money in advance and once you pay they will hares you. Raj Singh whose phone number ends with 8585 will talk very politely before booking but once paid his tone and attitude will change. They will adjust you in some other bus like Vashi etc. and will take commission. One guy from their group in red shirt even started arguing very badly with me and my family. He said "Mumbai aake Mumbai wali feel aani chaiye" in negative sense. Mumbai is a very good place but people like Raj Singh and his bus service destroy and diminish Mumbai's name and your travel experience. I was allocated Bus no. "6657" but I was adjusted on last seat (as they were empty) of "MH14CW4522" Patel travels. Before booking they told you can choose any seat. Raj Singh called me at 11 AM but my tour started at 1230 PM. Guide Shaikh Maula was horrible and very rude his phone number ends with 5893. All they care about is just looting money.
