★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live here. The guards were always rude to cab drivers, and there's a clear discrimination between owners and tenants. Also, in case you order midnight munchies, you'll have to go down to collect it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 22 floor apartment. 2-3 BHK. Some are sea facing. No garden. No gym. No pool. Plain housing and boarding. 2/3 lift work. Only one lift work in afternoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One very big advantage of staying here is it's beautiful Seaview apartments.. although the view is being disturbed by ever rising number of tall buildings nearby...has really awesome views during the monsoons...second, it's very near to Mahim railway station..less than a minute walk away..so, as long as the local trains run, one need not worry about the availability of transportation to reach home..
The security staff and management are very unfair to bachelors..and to tenants..no 4 wheeler parking inside the building for tenants..

Cons: too much noise from the trains
