★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the big cheaters. We booked the ticket for pune station but when entered the bus they aren't going there. They have taken extra money for it.

They booked us for the 7pm bus for Goa .....the bus left from Sion at 10 pm.
SMS was sent for booking on mascot bus but we were put on some other bus .
We did a special booking for front sleepers but we were given the last sleepers at the back .
We booked lower berths but we were given upper berths .
Bus was supposed to reach Goa at 9 am ...but reached Goa only at 2 pm
On the booking SMS no bus number was given and no drivers number was given
Mahindra was very rude and arrogant..
And it was very clear that his intention was only to cheat people .
Very disappointing experience .
