Staff behavior is very arrogant. the driver and the cleaner thinks as if they are taking the passengers for free and they behave as if they own the passengers. No more travelling by Raj Ratan and i suggest you all as well not to travel with them.
REALLY ANNOYED AND PISSED BY THE BEHAVIOR!!

If you are coming from worli/sidhivinayak/dharavi then ask you driver to drop where the sion bridge is ends.
Other wise one needs to walk minimum for 15 mins to catch the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time bus service, however, they drive pretty rough at night. It doesn’t even feel like their buses have good shock-ups. Also at last minute they’ll change your pick up location for an evening bus just two hours before departure and won’t arrange for an alternative. Imagine running for an auto in cities like Indore where autowalas charge you a bomb or getting struck in traffic.
