★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came from Mangalore to Pune. I got last 2 seats 13 and 14. When I saw the seats I was shocked to see that those seats were two steps higher than others. At the drop point in Pune when I knelt down to take my shoes suddenly driver applied full brakes I fell down from 2 steps higher platform and my head hit the floor hard and blood came but driver and conductor didn't felt sorry about it. The life of six last passengers is always at risk of fall from that platform. So be careful and take care.

We have book the seat U1 & U2 from the agent & we are waiting for pickup point & Pickup man said that you have booked last U11 & U12 he is not ready to listen & he is directly said if you want to travel so have that seat or else leave the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My journey was from Mumbai to Mangalore in B11r MG Strazz. The bus clean and spacious enough. Better suspension on this one as compared to the order Volvo. Ac is a chiller. Nice big glass give a sense of space rather being claustrophobic like other sleeper buses. Stops are clean and bathroom is clean as well. Only problem was in ghats our driver was a bit too fast around corners which made me dance from one side to other that too at 3am in night. Overall on time pickup and drop up. No wonder I have been travelling with them for the past 7 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived this morning on bus number KA701458. We were on seat 25/27, 3/4. Left a small childrens school bag with his cards in the bus. The conductor says its not there anymore. Hard to believe cause it was small and not visible when stood up.
