★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really worst experience it took more than 8 to 9 hours to reach pune and yes the bus to bangladesh for delay by 4 hours simply messing the things up taking up unwanted passengers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, drive and all staff service people dont have manners to talk, you will not get A.C on in AC bus they do it purposely. My bus was from madiwala, bangalore, i caught bus from here the worst mouth driver said this bus is not for mumbai this is for goa we will take u 1hr long somewhere and there is our another bus for mumbai. And these guys are so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EVER TRAVEL IN ANAND TRAVELS, the worst company ever, I booked AC bus from Mumbai they cancelled and gave me an non AC bus when asked why they said the AC bus broke and it's not going, management spoke rudely, said we'll refund your money take it or leave it, so I took the bus and later when I called to ask the guy for my refund and I just asked him where the AC bus was he said that is reached Pune, so the driver and bus conductor forgot to pick me up, they don't even want to take responsibility for their mistakes,
They never sent bus details you'll be wondering where is your bus whether it'll come or not, the driver and other worker in bus are so rude, inconsiderate, it was my bad day that I booked Anand travels, not only that they dropped me on the highway saying this stop, but the drop location was in the city. I'm so angry, I wish I could register a complaint, such worst company should not even exist in our country.
Guys please do not travel in Anand travels, this is genuine request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cleanliness, dirt curtains and now this is not the only problem I have gone through, the bus staff is very arrogant and very rude while I made a request him about micturition, I took bus ride from Mumbai on 28/02 at 15:00 hrs since then they have not stopped anywhere to get finish off the nature's call (stopped only for dinner for 30minutes), a week ago I travelled from Udupi to Mumbai on VRL travels, the staff was kind and they were stopping the bus for 5 minutes atleast once in 3 - 4 hours journey, now it has been 17 hours for me in Anand Travels till I reach Ankola time (8:20am) but these guys have not stopped the bus for Tea, Breakfast or for any morning essential routines I am feeling like I am in a space travel and it's forever not gonna stop. Worse bus service I have ever taken. Bus number MH 04, GP 1622.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of bus was good and the bus staff was co operative too. Overall they were on time and it's worth a travel. They have to further go for multi axle buses to improve their customer base and also provide water to their passengers. They also stopped the vehicle for an emergency for kids and ladies which not all buses do.
