β β β β β Staff is very helpful and cooperative. ATM machine inside the bank is almost everyday is not working. This Bank is not easily visible from road. You need to go through a passage which is blocked by 3 metal bars fixed straight which no two wheeler or four wheeler can pass through it. But the staff cooperation is excellent !

β β β β β This is the worst bank i have ever experienced always something or the other is not working
For every single work we are directed to move from one window to another the staff is not helping and arrogant manager with arrogant staff
I have applied for DD aroung 12.30 Pm iqaa guided to come at 3pm after working hours but they still kept me waiting for 1 hour reason as modification of DD
Never ever open a account open in BOB of kurla west arpan branch

β β β β β My home branch of home loan and saving account... infrastructure is little bad but maintained...staff are ok...but busy and need to set more desk and other infrastructure to manage that place still can manage with present infrastructure... how ever recommend to open account and other facility

β β β β β I have very worst experience at bank of baroda kurla west branch at arpan arcade all the staff are reckless with irresponsible behavior they purposely ignoring new customer who cames to them I think they are wasting banks productivity time in chatting with friends in what's app and phone calls so that reluctantly customers have to wait till they finish. For example opening new account they already took 2 months after giving all the necessary proof which is required for the account but after two months they are saying they will not open the account.after this I applied in other bank it was done in only 2-3 days Similarly when I requested for passbook of other account they said sorry sir we don't have pass book paper and wait till next week. I think earlier dena bank was excellent in customer management and service
