If you call them for complaint or for details regarding your parcel they'll ask u to hold for a minute and they won't reply at all !
The slowest courier service !
They'll take your order and they will dispatch after 3-4 days.
Eventually the orders which have to be delivered within 2-3 days will take more than a week. they won't even respond if u ask anything regarding the same.
