★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to open an account which I've no idea how to do that, the fat lady on the left said I need to do it on my own without 0 assistance from them. I came there at 10am & left at 11:30am without opening an account. And without assistance. I wasted my precious time and energy. Instead open in a private bank like ICICI, HDFC or Axis yeah they charge alot but at least they don't ignore you. & you get a good customer service experience.

All Staff is Lazy And Misbehavior.
Branch Manager NEHA PARATE is Not Properly Hundling the Branch .Worst and Poor Management of this Branch.
Unresponsible Branch Manager NEHA PARATE
COUNTER NO 1 LADY NAME IS REKHA SHE IS SO LAZY AND UNRESPONSIBLE STAFF OF THE BRANCH.
Today I visit the Branch for Pass Book Entry 2 Hours Wasted But my Pass Book is not Printing. After 2 Hours I Decided Closed my Account immediately.
After 4 Hours Wasted Finally My Account is Close For life Time In All Over India Branch State Bank of India...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless branch. I had applied for a student loan for higher studies and they gave me loan sanction letter and then did not disburse the loan amount. When i asked the reason they gave is site inspection is missing and all other non sense reasons.
Very lousy team especially Praveen Pevekar. He has absolutely no idea about the procedure.
Site inspection is supposed to be done racpc and not local branch.
Please visit racpc thane but dont go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have gone to bank for account opening, staff is too lazy they don't come at time and made us for long hours account opening Officer named Omkar Chavan made us sit for too long and and said won't be able to open account because of too much pressure.
Worst banking experience ever.
Review doesnot have negative ratings, if it had I would had rated it in negative also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This SBI branch team is really great. I applied Home Loan and got it very smooth as per market rate. Hassel free sanction of HL. All documents verified properly, no fees been charged before loan sanctioned. Fantastic service by Mr Rohan & Sushant. I will deffiently recommend this SBI branch for HL.kept it up team. Other private banks are not efficient as compared to SBI and they just pass the time for HL cases.
