★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff thinks only they are working we do not have any work. Today I went for cash deposit, first they told me to wait for some time because counter lady was busy in some another work. After 10 minutes she told me deposit cash in machine and as usual cash machine was not working. After trying multiple times some notes were taken by cash machine but some was rejected then again I have to go to cash counter change the notes and try again.
For 5 minutes work it took my 30 minutes.

incompetent. She either doesn't turn up for work or comes post lunch on most days.
Have been waiting on my application since 3 weeks. Haven't been able to get to her even once.
