I am Saju Nair from Pune. I have purchased plot from expat in 2013 and it was in EMI, I paid till 2018 after that there was no update from expat I am continously chasing and was scared of my money which I paid to expat.
There was many times I spoke very rude to berlyn, but trust me the Expat company is really genuine there are some internal problem because of which there project got delayed.
Today I am really Happy and really thanks from deep of my heart I would like to say thanks to Berlyn who was always cool and today I got my property with good appreciation they provided me NA plot in konkan.
Berlyn without your support it was really not possible.
I am so sorry if i ever said anything bad or rude to you or anyone to expat team.
I am sure Expat will grow in future and I request all investor to be patience they will give some good alternative against funds.
Thanks Berlyn, Santosh shetty, Anand Shetty, Pramod, all expat team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public at large is advised to stay away from investment with this company. They have cheated lot of NRIs and residents by not handing over the plots. They don't even bother to pick phone calls. I had invested in their Garv- Phase 1 project and inspite of my repeated follow-ups, they have still not registered the plot i had booked, in my favour.They don't deserve even a single star.
