I wanted to do international transfer. The staff don't know exact process calling multiple people, they take my form filled and later after 3 hours they call me and say we can't do it as I asked them the account name and invoice is on different names, they say its fine..
No sense of urgency of a customer.
Know knowledge about products to all the staff seating there..
Sorry not my branch.. I won't recommend even.. You can see that from your reviews and ratings...
