They say once you opt for membership they give you free service on certain services, first free service availed for a hair wash wherein the person did not use conditioner neither dried my hair said this look is better. I did not pay too much attention and let it go, 2nd time when I went for hair highlight .. availed the free manicure service, can you believe the staff only used a small amount of cream on my hands didnt scrub said it would at an additional cost and finished the job within 10 mins. now with regards to highlight it was done as if its just a dash of highlight cream used, not visible at all and the manager says aaise he hota hai..not at all apologetic ...who would like to come here again...people think twice before visiting this palour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got global hair colour, fusiodose and haircut done from Envi Salon. I already had an uneven hair colour, the stylist Shivaji not only fixed it, the colour came out beautiful and so did the haircut! Loved my experience and I’m definitely going back!

I got Gel Nails done here today. The technician told me that if I didn't like the designs they had on the card , I could bring my own. When I brought my own design , she didn't inform me that the colours the design required weren't available. All the fine lining in the original looked like blobs when done by her. She should have told me of the changes she would be making before we started. Additionally , after walking out ( disappointed) I noticed that she hadn't even buffed one of my nails properly and it was chipping now ! Had a terrible time.

This guy especially is an expert in what he does, he has full command and enjoys it too. MUST MUST take services from him once and you will thank me later.
