So Here Am changing my Review thanks to the co ordinator/Receptionist,Very humble & Polite person.She actually gave all the attention & gave me the desired Nails Thank you Envi BUT THE NAIL ARTIST IS VERYY ARROGANT & RUDE she was continuously telling me to put fingers like this n that unnecessary.& When I aske a doubt about the nailpaint she arrogantly showed me the color code on bottle n on the plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never expected such a horriable experience in such a reputed saloon .done gel nail colouring both the fingers and thump were polished with two different shades and moreover after informing also they have taken an additional payment for gel nail remover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On dated 16th March 2022 I went there and did hair cut but it was my worst experience at envi . Road hair barbers are far better than their professionals .
I don't recommend and it is not worth they had bear 540 rs for that hair cut .

I was here for Kerastase fusioDose treatment for my hair. My hair were very frizzy and a little damaged before but Miraj Sir did a great job and fixed it. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. Loved the vibe and service of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at Envi and I had a good experience. The staff are polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Ask for Saleem for hair treatments and Sagar for pedicure. Even though on the pricier side, this salon and spa is really worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was decent. I did not see them offering any upgraded service for the cost that they were charging. I was charged Rs 598 for a haircut. No water, tea or coffee was offered to me. Being in a mall, I expected it to be a expensive but I also expected differentiated service. While billing the cashier asked me if I had membership, I said no I didn't. She then proceeded to bill me out without offering any explanation or information on member benefits.
The hair cut, itself was ok. No complaints. The staff was courteous, attentive and did as was asked.
Overall a very average experience, will prefer to go somewhere with a stronger bang for the buck
