Staff in the Seawoods mall outlet were quite rude and not very helpful. When we went to exchange previously purchased product over the weekend, we were asked to leave because apparently as per policy no exchange allowed on weekends. Further the sales staff told us" we are lucky he is not busy with other customers, so he is entertaining us"
We eventually exchanged the goods at Vashi Inorbit mall outlet. Manyavar corporate office staff called to apologize after the feedbVk and helped us.
2. Policy on exchange needs to be revisited.

He is really cooperative and he can understand the customers' likings very quickly. I recommend on behalf of customers to give a good position in Manyavar Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in UAE and was visiting Mumbai in Ramadan where i purchased a salwar kurta. After returning to uae i wore it for Eid. While i was wearing it only the cloth started giving off blisters. Very disappointed with the quality. I visited Manyavar store here in uae but they refused to resolve saying there is no connection between both shops. V Sad
