★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience with Ms. Simran Sandhu. When my wife and I visited the store on 20th Jan 2021, we were curtly directed to the clothing shelves, and in an abrasive manner was told to help ourselves.
After this experience, we have decided that we would never patronise the Tommy Hilfiger, Seawoods Grand Central store.
This treatment of customer service comes after we have been Tommy fans for over close to a decade :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a light blue dress for my 10 year old daughter in October 2020 for Diwali festivities. Part of colour faded merely after the first warm water dip damaging the rest of the dress too . They hardly had any options when we went back in December 2020 but got it exchanged for a jeans (worth 3 K) and a white T-shirt (nearly 1.5 K). This time the white T-shirt got spoiled in the second wash (hand wash with regular detergent). Extremely poor quality considering the price. M&S, H&M offer way better products at much reasonable cost (comparitively). Better avoid the Tommy Hilfiger brand for kids atleast.

it is really trust worthy and i can say it because the first shorts of tommy that i had bought is still in really good condition, no marks or thread removal, its still totally perfect
it has also got its own unique style and is usually easily distinguishible frome the fake and duplicate ones
it is one of my most favourate brands because it is worth each and every penny you pay tho a little costly
you must try here atleast ones and you will know why am i praising this brand so much
