Completely Unprofessional , unethical and unorganised organization and with totally I'll mannered members. Hello everyone , This is Vikash Kumar. I had enrolled here for the course an year before buy paying rs.7000. Ofcourse , I'm going to attach my payment receipt also. At the time of enrollment they ( Mr. Divyakosh ) talked me so well and polite explaining me every details of the course and it's fee Structure. He explained everything except " terms and conditions " ( refund policy ). We all know that the entire world has gone through some really tough times in last 1-2 years due to Covid. Some lost their family members, some lost their relatives, Some went through trauma, etc., I also went through a mishap in my family and because of which I couldn't attend the course. I had informed also to them that because of this family situations I'll not be able to attend the course so I want refund. They told, sorry sir, this is beyond our " terms and conditions " , according to our terms , money can't be refunded on any cost and any situation. Firstly , why was I not informed about this before or at the Time of enrollment/payment ? Secondly , I kept on writing the mails , what's app messages to Mr. Chinmay Gaur ( Co-Founder ) about refund. Called also several times but could never get any response. The only thing that I got was ignorance. It's been an year , when I messaged them that I'll take the thing to social media , they say " look we are not any sales person whom you'll keep on asking for refund , we are not doing that , you can do whatever you think you can ". Well in that case i would just tell the management and owners of Equim Edu./Equim Design that if you think you people are designers , Architects , professionals , etc. You all are in great delusion , yes , you said it right you are just sales persons who are trying to sale their courses by calling people. Let me give some advice to you people, with this kind of attitude, inappropriate behaviour, totally polluted policies, etc. You are going no longer in the field. Yes , you can become good professionals but before that try to be human.
