★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and not reponsive. Call center representative is bad while talking. No correct response and no solution and wose thing is there app if u apply from that for intemation they do not take that.
Very disappointed by them.
Not recommend for insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made my grandfather 82 years old for 2 days before even replying a cashless claim. He is forced to stay in hospital just because of these thugs ! I dont know when these guys will reply.

Even after so many reminders from the hospital and calling them more than 50 times.got no solution from them. They are again and again response the wrong amount of approval. I don't weather they have illetrate staff.
