★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid carefully this agency. Stay away! They will promise you things they will not privide, at very high rates. Poor organization and insufficent information. During my tour I had to call them several time for the poor accomodation they gave us. They look nice and frindly but they are not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Perfect Travels since the 1990s. My latest trip with them in Dec 2019 to Jan 2020 has been 'Perfect' again!!
Despite me messing around with their arrangements from my side their professionalism has been outstanding. Hats off particularly to Mr Rodrigues from their Mumbai office, Mr Amuk fron Dehli who always kept in touch with us and looked after us and Mr Santash in Dehli who handled our booking.
I would thoroughly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently took the Palace on Wheels tour booked through Pandaw Cruises who used Perfect Travels to organise the tour and take care of the meeting and greeting plus co-ordination with Pandaw. Perfect did a perfect job. Always prompt and on time they took care of us in fine style and would heartily recommend them to anyone visiting India and needing a good agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from a Golden Triangle tour with Perfect Travels and Tours and could not fault them. Som the driver, Sandeep, Ritesh and Umesh the guides were all excellent and we were met at all the hotels by company reps to help with formalities. We did not choose these guys but booked through Cruise 1st in the UK but could not have chosen a better company myself. Would definitely use them again.
