β β β β β Right opposite Nehru place metro station on the violet line. There is Satyam Cineplex in the vicinity and epicuria food court. Also a few restaurants and ATMs on the ground floor. Posh commercial space with a panaromic view of South Delhi

β β β β β Good place to get an office space as there is all necessities like atm, food courts, parkings, etc nearby, also a cinema hall if you care about that stuff. The building is also kinda beautiful and the surroundings are clean. I almost forgot about the metro, that's here as well.. attched photo is jist the parking nearby

β β β β β Probably the best building in Nehru Place with lots of MNC offices in it. A Managed multilevel parking is also available behind the building. The location is awesome and tgis is the costliest building in Nehru Place to rent out for. Great view of the Lotus Temple from the upper offices. Good structure and maintenance as well.

β β β β β This place is a really comfortable venue to be coming to work daily.The estate management is very prompt in maintaining standards and hence is even admired by our Japanese colleague's.The location is very convenient via metro or private transport.The draw back since the last few years is the pathetic PWD road stretch in front of this , which is almost like a sore lost cause and no matter how many hoardings the concerned ex en of this sub division may put up expressing 'inconvinience that's regretted' we know he does not mean it when the pathetic state continues for over two years.Barring this eros is a wonderful place to work in and if you get reimbursed on parking then the mlcp may not seem pricey but in general yes it is.. fortunately with metro parking nearby it's ok.Eating options at walking distance include pocket friendly Oriental cuisine Tokyo bowls and also a wide range of options at the Epicurea food court.
