★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised to see a green indoor plant outlet in the middle of computer hub of Nehru place. Small shop, but well displayed. Organic Fertilizers and plant sprays of Urban Greens by IFFCO are also sold here. Main attraction is indoor green plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I stumbled upon this newly opened urban garden in Nehru Place, ihad a doctor appointment at 6pm and I was at this shop at 4:20pm. I thought it'll hardly take me 15-20 minutes to buy my plant. I picked two plants and pot instatly and I paid for it as my plant was potted in my chosen pot. Just when I asked for my plant, they tell me that it's gone for their personal photoshoot. They made me wait till 6:05pm as I've already paid for it and guess what they exchanged my plants with the cheaper and in poor condition plants. Their senior/owner was present at that point of time flaunting herself on camera bragging about how they'll move to e-commerce, she asked us to step out of shop as we were not supposed to be in her frame. They don't care about the customers in front if them, word of mouth is nothing for them. I asked her staff to make it fast as I've an appointment with dovdocwhich I cantcmiss, but she taunted me " haan haan badda doctor ke paas jana hai". Even after waiting for more than 2 hours i didn't get the plant I paid for. I wonder what theyretgoing to do with customers online if they're treating offline customer like this. I had a severe back pain and standing their for more than two hours made it even worse for me. Today is 27-09-18. Save yourself from the pain they can cause you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two terrace units of 10’ by 4 ‘ dimensions
1. Various delays in installation after paying all Cost upfront .( no COVID issues, generally unorganised )
2. Absolutely zero post sale service . No follow up visits and wen ever the gardener came ( once only after numerous reminders ) landed up without the insecticide for plants which was the primary complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forget about you once you have paid in advance don't come after repeated ph call . Either they are managing their big clients only or that list is fake . I have bitter experience with their man Mr ayush .on his instance I purchased 4 10 ,× 4 ft growing pad and 4 months maintainence but within first month they show their true colour . Came only on repeated call and all my plantation is getting damaged as their man when comes will not bring insecticides or vermicompost whatever is required . Hue will saythat I was not told about this particular problem so I will do in next visit but by the time his next visitcomes crops have already perished
