★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought their home service package and having paid 9000 Rs. we feel it was an utter waste. The vfs employees who came to take the biometric were rude and unprofessional not to mention they had no idea about the process. When we said we had uploaded all documents in the website they asked for hard copies. At no point in our communication were we asked to present hard copies to these men when they came home. Further they fussed that the table we provided for set up was a a few inches too small when asked if one should've bought a new table they determined they could fit their equipment on our table afterall.
We had completed this appointment in the first week of October and we still don't have our passport back. Considering the news reports that UK tourism has taken a hit it's unclear what's causing the delay. The SLA is 15 days and now we're more than 45 days since the appointment.
This is not the service one paid for.
