★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esha Apartment is very bad place for those who are staying here in rent.The society member's behaviour is very rude for the people who are staying at rent.Here the security guard and plumber are acting as the PA of the society members.If other than the renter is parking their car in NO PAKING are then it is ok.But if the renter is parking his car of 1 day in no parking area then the so called PA of society members are showing us rules.For them there is no rule.But for renter all rules should be filled.Truly speaking don't choose ESHA APARTMENT for rent because the society of this apartment is very very worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are not all ready. The location is okay, and the connecting roads are yet to be constructed properly. The space is good, and so is the parking. They have a lawn inside, and the hall is also good. They have lift too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am residing in this ESHA Apartment. It is having G+4 multiple structures. There are 6 blocks. 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK Flats are available in it. The G floor is exclusively meant for Car parking. Well tightened security are there round the clock. There's absolutely no problem in electricity, water. Lifts are functioning well. It is centrally located and takes minimal time to reach preferential destinations in Bhubaneswar. The approach road to this apartment is under construction and may take some time for completion. Now Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation is developing a mini water reservoir and ancillary Park in front of this apartment. The reservoir and its embankments are nearing completion. Hope, this will be operational during this rainy season. It is a good and preferential place for living.
