★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opd is quite good but the nursing is very poor and the staff does not cooperate at all with the admitted patients. Also, the admitted patients have to take their own care and responsibility until they are done with covid related formalities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the isolation of Joka ESIC Hospital due to COVID-19 treatment all the patients are advised to visit Sealdah instead of Joka and my personal experience in comparison to Joka ESIC I would say Sealdah ESIC is not that good since the behaviour of the staffs are not at all good and they delays the process of treatment. Besides all the facilities aren't available here like ICU and all. Orthopaedic doctors aren't available for OPD on all the days unlike Joka ESIC, the cleanliness of the hospital is also not good. Joka ESIC is great in terms of cleanliness, treatment, availability of everything, management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've other option rather than treatment at sealdah ESI then go for it..It is the worst hospital I've ever experienced..behavior of Doctors,nurses,housekeeping staffs,securities are not good at all..Even if patient asks again when to take medicines they refusing to tell..I would give 5 out of 5 in negligency in treatment ..Food quality is worst,not edible..Sealdah ESI only have the strict rules for the patient visitors..Otherwise there is no rules in treatment..Specially the gynological dept...In a word this is an 3rd class ESI hospital don't go for it if you have others available options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..all stuff are very bad behaviour.. don't avail ESI facilities from Sealdah ESI hospital..
They use their power to stop u to meet the super . Maximum security are corrapted.i see it ..they takes cigarette or tea to send u in ward..other wise they r very strict to stop u to go in ward.
