★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi i am very old customer of hospital even 15 days back visited given good sevivce
But today morning very bad experience 06/01/2021 , since i want to collect sample for RTPCR the reception number was missing in my mobile cotacts since few days back we have done culture test I had lab nuber she told call reception I don't know then after requesting she gave reception number talking very harsh
Then I called reception and hot good response
But I have visited
Any how very good hospital and service because of such people name will spoille

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not at all happy with their transperancy in billing. For 2 days of admission, the total amount of the bill went up to 29k and still I don't know if it really made sense, I was asked to get medicines worth 4500 which came in two bag full grocery standard bag and not sure where did so much of medicines finally go, (That's not all, despite bringing 2 full bags of medicine supplies, I again spent around 3k for medicines) and the other thing is that this is located in a remote place and because of this, accessibility to places like good restaurants is not so convenient, most of the times getting a cab is difficult too. If you are coming to this hospital, make sure you get enough food supplies. Yes, there is a small hospital Canteen, but their menu is very limited and not everyone would like it and not so great in taste. The road that takes you to this hospital is currently under construction/renovation(31/05/2019). There are a couple of grocery stores, ATM and few buses are available, Pharmacy inside hospital and a Pharmacy outside the hospital are available. Nurses and doctors are kind. Free drinking water is available, also I have uploaded the image, listing insurance companies that are tied up here and also the images that lists various types of treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy with that ENT docter Prasad he is very worst with patients first of all he is not ready to listen patients issues,500rs consultant fees even though docter won't listen complete problem of patients he won't allow to speak patients completely waste of money hospital management Is gud only but ENT docter is very worst he don't have time sense alsso plz go for ENT in eskey hospital,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service .....I had nose surgery and admitted for 2 and half days ,very clean and hygienic hospital and doctors and nurses treated me Very good and I felt no pain and even they helped me to claim with my insurance I'm happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iam not suggesting this hospital for poor and middle class people, because they charge very high general ward bed , but facility not so good as per they charge and duty doctors are very poor experience .
No senior doctors will be available at hospital only they will visit morning and evening.
If u tell u got insurance , they will charge double times of regural price and for public transportation is aso not available.
Iam requesting hospital management to reduce the prices because ur giving very nominal service and charging like a multi specailty hospital ,pls keep experience duty doctors.
Nurse ppl support is very good .
