★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Ambience, Bus Facility Good, Bus Tickets R Also Available, clean toilet are not available. NO WAITING PLACE FOR PASSENGER, NO DISPLAY BOARD FOR TICKET COUNTER,very troublesome for new passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my worst experience ,there A dalal came to us for managing seats he charged 1200 rs for a bus but we did not pay hid to him,he forced us and irritated us atleast 2/3 hours,he also did not give him the chance of getting ticket from another counters and every counters were not giving us tickets as the dalal boy told them not to give ticket to us ,very bad experience ,There is a big dalal and chain system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBSTC, NBSTC buses available for Asansol, Durgapur, Digha, Haldia, Kirnahar, Suri, Siliguri. Tickets for Bhutan buses are also available. But it is a very congested and filthy place and ambience is very poor. Even a clean and hygienic toilet is not available, no waiting space for passengers, no display board for ticket counters or arrival/departure of buses. Very troublesome for New comers or outsiders. Authority should take care of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the busiest and most important bus terminus in kolkata. so many buses are available for North Bengal, Places in kolkata, Digha , Bakkhali, diomond etc. WBTC & SBSTC buses are very regular and on time. Many small fastfood,fruit shops are there in the terminus.
