★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Dharmatala (Kolkata) to Siliguri on 21st February, 2021. The bus was scheduled to start its journey at 6.30 PM. It delayed barely 2 minutes which is really amazing and punctual. I have never experienced such punctuality from any bus service in my entire life. It provided a smooth riding without problems.
It reached the destination Siliguri at exactly 8 AM on the next day.
Highly recommended for pleasant travel ride ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Once tickets are booked, there is no accountability on the part of the bus operators. It is better to buy tickets just before departure instead of booking pre-paid tickets online. Bus arrivals are also frequently delayed. Not recommended.

I was just a few minutes late, I asked them to wait for five minutes, they told me they would, so I didn't cancel the ticket but as soon as it was the scheduled time, they called and said they were leaving. No refund or anything was provided. Moreover I had to book another ticket. Bus didn't reach destination in proper time was 2hours late. Worst type of service.
