★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, it's a great achievement if you find the ticket counter. The place does not have any direction boards. So, it is recommended to reach esplanade 30 min before, you wish to board the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean and requires improvement. Electronic displays, clear demarcation of which lanes are for which buses - are some of the improvements required. Also, the reserved bus conductor sometimes allows unreserved passengers, this need to be stopped. Separate services can be started for unreserved passengers if required.
