β β β β β if you buy o-general ac from them then o-general support will not help you and tell you to take service from esquire. but esquire will not respond. so I suggest you to buy o-general ac from some other dealer. if you dont believe then just ask esquire once for after sales service terms. they will tell this same thing.then believe me.

β β β β β Worst service front his dealer. Please don't go.for heart burn they care a.damn about customer. The word 'Service' doesn't feature.in their dictionary. It took 4 days for them to find out fault in remote and then waiting for customer to enquire
Absolute lethargic , rustic and barberian behaviour.
Especially a person named Darshan us a horrific sattire on the name of service and etiquette
