★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remember if you are reading this review, you have survived before wasting your hardcore amount on this fraud construction company.
Let me elaborate completely this company, owner and staffs all are fraud, they know how to loot money from customers by explaining with some attractive words. Once you registered the property you will be like their slave, They do not have any commitment, even completely unprofessional.
** Work quality - Very Very Poor(Use low cost cement, worse pillars, worse construction quality, low cost tiles and poor fitting, door quality worse, window size they keep larger where they can reduce even bricks cost. Flat stay Maximum 1-2Yrs then cracks will be everywhere inside building, corridors, balcony, tiles will be cracked and wounded ..)
** Ethics: Zero ethics, once you will be signed the property, their engineers, builders will be unprofessional.
** Cost : They will say budget price, It's No . Valuation will be according to the market valuation only. With the worse quality of products and work they make good profit like fraud.
** Land Issue: There are many land disputes with the owner they have, you will get to know once you will stay there, they don't disclose anything at the time of purchase. Even road agreement will be not properly signed. I don't know how RERA and BDA gives approval to them. You know it's '' bribe ''.
Sometimes they make agreement on SC/ST land which is completely illegal.
** Trust: A big zero.
** Fire Safety: they will show at the time of construction to attract customers and after all flat will be sold they will take out the safety measures.
** Commitment: A big zero
** Maintenance: Except security nothing, for that they ask high price too
** Timely delivery: Zero, never adhere into any commitment, they even reluctant to provide services mentioned in their manifest or template
** Society creation & development: Zero contribution
Overall I believe you have the idea how they are doing business, just by looting simple public with false promises, commitments and quality of work.
