★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 bar/kitchen chairs delivered 3-4 days back... No one has come to assemble the chairs yet. One of the chairs is defective too..
I do not recommend buying anything from this shop. Have spoken to them multiple times but no one has come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Estillo Furniture some days ago to order for my new apartment in Salt Lake. I ordered furniture for the entire apartment including Sofa + Center Table + TV Unit Dining Set with 6 chairs and other.
I was promised to give the delivery in 21 days but in fact got the delivery in 14 days which really made me happy! Its very surprising that they undertook a customized order and delivered within time.
I am a mechanical engineer and understand quality. The products made satisfied my quality requirements. The only negative is that during delivery, there were a few scratches that occurred on 2 dining chairs. However the next day, their workman visited and took care of it.
I would safely recommend this company to anyone."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sofa on 1st of Jan 2020 for which i made the full payment. I still did not receive the product its been a month. They have breached the deadline 4 times. Now telling will provide an intermittent solution by providing another sofa. But I'm really scared if they are a fraud. One female will attend phone call and tel another date when I have said multiple times i need it urgent. I'm concerned about quality as it should not take such a long time to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased product from here but after sales service is very bad. they came to check the product but doesn't provide solutions, just say talk to the customer care. I spend 25k for purchase that furniture just after two months it got cracked. You should go for hometown, homecentre and pepperfry get product at same price with amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one easy chair & Desk for WFH purpose, within 9 months the easy chair has broken, & in some places the wooden policing has gone. Now they are not replacing the products. Leather quality is also not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a recliner recently and apparently they sent me a display showroom piece which was used and damaged. Before buying the piece I was convinced that they would send me a new piece. But all lie. DO NOT TRUST THEM. ultimately they sent me a recliner with scratches all over the handle nd the chair being bent since it was used roughly as their store display.... waste of money nd waste. no after service also.
Also do not trust their pricing. They keep increasing the price by 20% almost every month and then tend to give a discount. Weird statergy. in 3 months they has increased the rate of a product from 52,000 to 87,000

We bought a dining table set of 4 chairs and a table. After a month of using them, two of the chairs buckled in. It was shocking for us to find that the seats were NOT MADE OF WOOD but from paperboards.
Also the delivery of the product was made in the evening and hurriedly.
Please do not be fooled by their excellent showroom displays and product range. Just check the product photos with my review and move onto another furniture shop.
I would like to rate Estillo Furniture as 0 stars.
