Staffs are extremely rude, dropped a complaint but nothing changed. Why the heck do they even have a waiting lodge for when you are constantly asked to wait outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my GMCA medical from here everythings gone well and good and everythings goes smoothly done, i have seen the rating & comments before my medical taste and thought that they miss behave with us without any reason, but it was absolutely depending to you cause if you don't understand what they telling then it's up to you, many people comes here who are holding ECR paasport so what i mean to say you understand right, so they can't not understand properly what need to do step by step even after guide. That's the main reason why medical employees are generally get anger, they really very helpfull, but one thing i don't like that their no support on phone calls due to havy pressure. If there someone stand for taking phone call support then it would be very helpfull for all the peoples who are coming for first time.

They are always shouts and mis behave with the candidates.
Specially three girls in the receptionist don't have manner how to behave with people.
I am totally disappointed ☹️
Better opt for another gmcca centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place wasn't hygienic at all. I found it wierd that they required us to remove our shoes before going inside. The washroom wasn't hygienic. The staff were okay. They weren't particularly kind or mis- behaving, unlike what the other people said. It's an okay place. They do need to step up their hygiene a bit.
