Plantation of trees and flower gardens as maintained now can have ample scope for beautification in future. Let us hope for the best from srijan.

Getting all modern facilities while living so close to nature could never be imagined if not for ETERNIA. We are really thankful for being able to choose such a beautiful place to live in and can't wait to move in. The indoor facilities are extra ordinary and we are looking forward to live in this beautiful place. The management committee was very helpful and welcoming. They helped us out throughout the process of booking and registration by clearing all our doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eternia, Madhyamgram is located in very peace and safety zone. Communication is available from this complex. It is spacious and greenery of this complex is highly attractive. Construction and other facilities should get appreciation. Office and paper works are transparent. Behaviour of marketing executives and other staff is totally friendly. Finally anyone can choose it without any hesitation.

It's a trap from big builders. Complex is beautified properly to attract customers. But behind the decoration basic things are missing. No proper drainage system. No proper planning of water and electricity. Rain stopped 2days ago, still water logged at entire complex, entire complex is without water for more than 24hrs, proof is attached as image. It's made on a low land due to which all nearby waters flow into the complex. Entire construction is really very bad. Never invest your hard earned money to this project.

Srijan will loss some of its valuable clients due to the bad quality by npr but hope is there as it is now fully developed by Srijan. 4.5star option is not there so I will give 5 star Instead. 0.5 star is given for the hope which Srijan has gave us with it's works within just a year.
