★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor servicing charge full fees but deliver unfinished work..screws were missing, didn't repair some of the stuff discussed over the call...very disappointing service better go somewhere in delhi or gaziyabad or maybe in sector 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What they promise and what they deliver is completely different. They will make false promises to win customers from competition, but when u reach there to pay as per the deal, they will levy hidden charges.
They have a tendency to try and not give invoices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ETGO SUZUKI Sector 63 Noida UP service center is the worst service center i have ever seen in last 5years..They keep your vehicle for more than 1month saying that Parts are not available after that they will Fix the Duplicate & Repainted parts without informing us...When u complaint in Suzuki customer care then they will provide the spares within 24hours...Even my Insurance was done by Ravi in the same service center saying its a Cashless Policy but when i kept my vehicle for repair they will say that the don't have a cashless option what a Bluff this dealer is doing...Now i think they also sale Old Vehicle saying that its a New Vehicle..Plz boycott this Service center,Will never recommend anyone for this Service center.Also they will charge 500 as processing fees but as per Insurance policy its Rs100..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience while i purchased Suzuki Access 125 BS6 from here on 28th June 2020. Staff was really helpful specially Amit from sales team. He's really active and to the point kind of a person.
Don't have any complaints with the showroom team, Anyone can consider this place if want to purchase any suzuki 2 wheeler model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. They don't have professional workforce, don't know how to repair a thing in one go. You have to repeatedly go there to fix a small thing. They are not time bound. A big no to ETGO Service Centre. Unprofessional Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff in the service centre, they had charged for chain lube and cleaning but what they have done is just simply chain lube without cleaning, and the thing is they are not solving the problem in the bike instead they are saying this is not a problem. Like I told them in the bike engine some click click sound is there but they are saying no it's not click click sound it will be like the same. When I tell them like my alloy is bent they are saying if you will put your bike on a double stand then it will look like this only. Then another person is saying that yes it is bent you claim insurance. Even they are charging more as compared to others. Simply the service man was asking to change the air filter but it was good only Instead of cleaning it properly.
