★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. Gave them my Omega Seamaster for battery replacement and a pin to be put in the bracelet.
After keeping it for 2 days, when I went to collect it, was told that they don’t have spares so can’t be repaired.
I was then told to send a photo of the watch along with the model and serial number of the watch.
Post sharing it with them, they didn’t respond on the mail for a week, when I went to them, the person on the front desk said he doesn’t have access to the mail. I showed him and post fiddling around on the system, he tells me the cost and I told him that is fine but get it repaired.
Post back and forth for 20 mins, they tell me to go to the Swatch office 2 blocks away and they will repair it.
Now I am clueless as to how Swatch can repair an Omega watch.
Omega india needs to appoint correct service partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ambience ethos asking for battery change for Rado bought in ethos, mentioned we should go Saket ethos watch care, on Google it did show as open and we went there and we are being told the repair centre is shut. But yes ofcourse the sales centre won't be shut. And also told for Rado they don't do any service at all.. then why to call you luxury watches boutique if you can't serve end to end to customer. Asked us to go swatch.. and which is ofcourse again closed and atlest they updated on their website that it's closed. Struggling to make the watch to work again and lesson learnt from worst post sales support by ethos. Bought two Rado so far.. when it's time to sell whole ethos come together but for support they give a damn!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rudest people out here in service industry. They can’t talk on phone to a customer who has bought a watch for more than a lakh nicely.
The same behaviour is being faced at the service centre in person.
Not asking them to fix my watch for free. Going to actually pay them more that they deserve.
Ethos watch care needs to hire people friendly front desk/ Customer service folks. The present one is not fit for job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Not even worth for changing battery, let alone any repair or service.
I went in for changing battery for my 3 years old Tissot watch and they said it had water damage and repairs would cost Rs. 7000/- approx.
I took the watch back and showed it to a reputable watch repair centre. They simply changed the battery for Rs. 400/- and did a check. (I did not tell them about the so called damages).
After they were done, I asked them if there were any internal damages? They vehemently denied any damages, mentioned that the watch is new and working perfectly fine, only change of battery was needed.
This watch repair centre is nothing but a cheat!
(I have not mentioned the name of the other repair store because it would seem like this story is planted by them)

Ethos provides good service.
If a watch needs repair, it will take 6-8 weeks because parts are not locally available.
Keep that in mind!
