Pretty awful. I wouldn’t touch these guys again if it weren’t for their stellar sales team.
If its under 10L I’d recommend finding some other sellers.
Have a service team that took 6 months to change out a watch crystal. If you read this review, and buy the crystal, I’ll do it for you just to show you how straightforward this is.
Apparently too big to care? There’s ‘teams’ but they have competing incentives.
Whatever. Keep having fun with watches and keep away from here if fun is why you’re in this hobby.
