★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dismal Experience. I had a macbook issue where I had a black screen. I took it to the Unicorn Service Center at Malviya Nagar. Since my primary work is on macbook , i asked them to check the hardware then only. They insisted that I'll have to submit the macbook pro as they need to do a series of checks. For submission, they even charged Rs 2500 and said they will get back in 48 hours. Anyways I had to follow up and finally I was told display will have to be changed which will cost around 35k. I had got a new display for the macbook a year back only from an authorised service center.
My macbook had neither fallen down nor the screen was damaged in any way. I was quite sure problem was in motherboard. So I told the service guy the same. He said problem is in display and you have to get he display changed only.
I paid Rs 2500 for a wrong diagnosis done for my macbook pro. I got it checked at a local service center and the problem was indeed in the motherboard. I am writing this review from the macbook pro that was repaired in less than 24 hours.
I was not only duped of Rs 2500 but more of the time and effort I spent.
I strongly recommend you to NOT visit the UNICORN SERVICE CENTER AT MALVIYA NAGAR.

I had to buy the iwatch so didn't pay much attention however hospitality is important. I'd not recommend this store. They need to improve their customers' in-store experience.
